Payments & Refund Policy

This policy applies to paid digital features on SexyCity, including tokens, VIP access, premium placement and other digital services shown at checkout.

Payment methods

Available payment methods may include PayPal, Revolut, Skrill and other providers displayed at checkout. A method is considered supported only when it is active and visible in the checkout flow. Payment providers may apply their own identity, anti-fraud, currency and transaction rules.

Tokens and digital services

Tokens are digital service credits used for eligible SexyCity features. Unless explicitly stated otherwise in a legally compliant product, tokens are not cash, are not a bank deposit, are not transferable outside the service and cannot be redeemed for money.

Pricing

The price and duration shown immediately before purchase control that transaction. Taxes, exchange rates or provider fees may affect the final amount depending on country and payment method.

Refunds

If a payment was duplicated, technically failed, charged incorrectly or a purchased digital service was not delivered, contact SexyCity support with the transaction reference. We will review the transaction and provide a correction or refund where required by law or appropriate under this policy. Digital services already substantially used or consumed may be non-refundable to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Unauthorized transactions

If you believe a payment was unauthorized, contact both SexyCity support and the relevant payment provider promptly. Accounts involved in chargeback fraud or payment abuse may be restricted while a transaction is investigated.

Subscriptions and renewal

Any recurring subscription must clearly state its renewal period, price and cancellation method before purchase. SexyCity will not describe a payment as recurring unless the checkout flow supports and discloses recurring billing.

Final commercial payment terms will be updated before launch once the legal entity, merchant accounts, countries served and live payment processors are confirmed.
