Effective date: 16 September 2026. SexyCity is an adult-only online platform. This policy explains the main categories of personal data we may process and why.

Data we may collect

Account details such as username, email address and profile information; user-submitted photos and content; messages and interactions where necessary to provide the service; transaction and token records; device, log, security and anti-abuse data; and verification information where age, fraud or safety checks are required.

How we use data

We use data to create and manage accounts, provide profiles and communication tools, deliver purchased features, maintain token balances, prevent fraud and abuse, moderate content, secure the service, respond to support requests, comply with legal obligations and improve SexyCity.

Payments

Payment processing may be handled by third-party providers such as PayPal, Revolut, Skrill or other providers shown at checkout. SexyCity should not store full card credentials when a payment provider can process them directly. Those providers process data under their own privacy terms.

Sharing and disclosure

We do not sell personal data. Data may be shared with service providers that help operate the platform, with payment or fraud-prevention providers, or with authorities where required by law. We aim to limit disclosure to what is reasonably necessary.

Retention and security

Data is retained only as long as reasonably necessary for the service, security, disputes, accounting and legal obligations. We use technical and organizational safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices and rights

Depending on your country, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or export personal data, and to object to certain processing. Account settings may also provide privacy and deletion controls. Requests can be made through the contact channel published on SexyCity.

Adult content and safety

SexyCity is for adults only. Content involving minors or non-consensual sexual material is prohibited. Reports involving safety or illegal content may be retained where necessary for investigation or legal compliance.
