SexyCity Terms of Use — 18+

Effective date: 16 September 2026. SexyCity is intended only for adults aged 18 or older. By creating an account or using the service you confirm that you are at least 18 and legally able to enter into these terms.

1. Adult-only service

Minors may not register, browse member-only areas, upload content, contact users, buy tokens, purchase VIP access or use any adult section. Accounts reasonably suspected of belonging to a minor may be suspended while age is verified.

2. Accounts and identity

You must provide accurate information, keep your login credentials private and use only accounts you are authorized to control. Impersonation, identity theft, account selling and unauthorized access are prohibited. SexyCity may request verification where needed for safety, fraud prevention or legal compliance.

3. Content and conduct

You are responsible for what you post, upload, send or sell. Illegal content, non-consensual sexual content, sexual content involving or appearing to involve minors, exploitation, trafficking, threats, harassment, hate, doxxing, scams, malware, stolen content and intellectual-property infringement are prohibited. Users must respect consent and may block or report other users.

4. Dating, chat and marketplace

SexyCity provides communication and marketplace tools but does not guarantee the identity, intentions, legality, quality or safety of another user or listing. Users must use their own judgment and comply with applicable law. Listings for illegal goods or services and paid sexual services are prohibited.

5. Tokens, VIP and digital access

Tokens are digital service credits for features offered inside SexyCity. Unless a specific legally compliant product expressly states otherwise, tokens are not money, are not redeemable for cash and have no guaranteed exchange value outside SexyCity. VIP and other digital access products may be time-limited and subject to the terms shown at purchase.

6. Games

Any entertainment games initially offered by SexyCity must not be treated as a cash-out gambling service. Real-money wagering, cash prizes or other regulated gambling features will only be offered where SexyCity has separately confirmed that the required licensing, age checks, geographic restrictions and payment rules are in place.

7. Moderation and enforcement

SexyCity may remove content, limit features, suspend accounts or terminate access where reasonably necessary to enforce these terms, protect users, prevent abuse or comply with law. Serious illegal content may be preserved or reported where required by law.

8. Availability and changes

Features may change as SexyCity develops. We do not promise uninterrupted availability. Material changes to these terms should be communicated through the service or by another reasonable method.
